Request your listing-readiness report

Enter your numbers and where governance stands. Every field here maps to a published listing standard the engine scores you against.

Rather not send financials to someone you haven't met yet? Start with a free call — that's the recommended first step.

Most first-time buyers book a free 15-minute intro call before sending any numbers: no financials required, we talk, and you decide afterward. You can also ask for a mutual NDA first, or submit rough ranges now and exact figures once we've spoken — all normal.

How ordering works (early access). This form is a report request, not a checkout — there's no card field and nothing is charged when you submit. You send your numbers, then within one business day you get an email from inha.journey@gmail.com with your delivery date and a payment link (secure card checkout via a named merchant of record) or a bank-wire invoice. You pay only after you've seen and approved it; tier prices below are firm. Your inputs are only ever used to build your report — never shared, sold, or published (privacy note).

Used only to build your report — never stored beyond it, never shared or sold (privacy note). Prefer to stay anonymous until we've spoken? Put a placeholder here and email inha.journey@gmail.com first — that's normal.

Financial profile (USD)

How your numbers are handled. These figures are used only to build your report and are treated as confidential — not shared, sold, or published. If you'd rather sign a mutual NDA before sending anything, or send only rough ranges now and exact figures after we've talked, just email inha.journey@gmail.com first — that's a normal way to start. Full detail in the privacy note.

You can submit with just the two required fields below — LTM revenue and expected market cap — but that's the minimum to start, not the depth of the analysis. The report always runs the full per-metric, per-venue engine; the more of the eight figures you give, the more gates it can score directly instead of estimating a range and flagging it as an assumption. So the two required fields get you a real report; the other six make it sharper and reduce the number of assumptions in it. A rough board or banker estimate is fine — anything you mark as an estimate is labelled an assumption, not a confirmed number, so the scoring stays honest about what's solid. Income and equity can be negative — enter them as they are.

Add the optional numbers to sharpen the report — or skip and submit with just the two above

The last three (float value, round-lot holders, offering price) are liquidity inputs most companies only firm up close to filing — if you're earlier than that, leave them blank and the report will estimate a range and mark it as an assumption.

Governance state

Check what you've already built — the plain-English note under each item tells you what it means. Not sure? Leave it unchecked; the report treats anything unchecked as a gap to plan for, so an honest "not yet" is the safe answer.

Delivery

This submits a report request, not a payment. Nothing is charged now; you approve the price by email before any money moves.

We're validating demand before switching on instant card checkout, so orders are confirmed by email right now: submit your details and we'll send payment instructions and next steps within 1 business day. Tier prices above are firm. When card checkout is live, payments will be processed by a merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy / Gumroad) that is the seller and handles sales tax / VAT; the Board briefing is invoiced by bank wire.

Disclaimer. The report is educational benchmarking of your inputs against publicly published exchange standards — not underwriting, securities, legal, tax, or accounting advice, not a valuation, and not a determination of listing eligibility (only an exchange makes that determination). Figures are derived from your inputs and public rule thresholds and are not warranted for accuracy; verify the current rules with the exchange and engage securities counsel, a PCAOB auditor, and an underwriter before relying on anything. IPOPath is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, underwriter, or law firm and does not solicit securities transactions.
