Terms of service & refund policy

Effective 2026-07-18 · By ordering from IPOPath you agree to these terms.

1. What the service is

IPOPath provides educational benchmarking reports and guides that score the numbers and facts you provide against publicly published exchange listing standards (Nasdaq, NYSE, and published non-US venue rules), grade governance readiness, rank venue fit, and lay out a directional roadmap with cost and timeline bands. IPOPath is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, underwriter, or law firm. It does not solicit or effect securities transactions, does not introduce investors, and nothing it produces is underwriting, securities, legal, tax, or accounting advice, a valuation, or a determination of listing eligibility. Only an exchange determines listing eligibility, applying qualitative judgment beyond the numeric tests. Standards change; figures are derived from your inputs and public thresholds and are not warranted for accuracy.

2. Products and delivery

All deliverables are digital content prepared from the values and facts you provide and public rules. They do not guarantee a listing, an eligibility outcome, a valuation, a price, or any specific result.

3. Refund policy

Our paid deliverables are digital content prepared to order. Our refund terms:

  1. Before delivery: if your report or deliverable has not yet been sent, you may cancel for a full refund at any time before delivery.
  2. After delivery: because digital content is delivered and consumed on receipt, cancellation for a simple change of mind is limited once we've sent the deliverable. However, for your protection, if the engine genuinely cannot score your company or the delivered report is unusable for your situation, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund every dollar.
  3. Non-delivery or defect: if we fail to deliver within 5 business days of confirmed payment, or the deliverable materially differs from what was described, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of timing.

Refund requests go to inha.journey@gmail.com and are returned via your original payment method. We would rather tell you it's too early than sell you a bad fit.

4. Payment

When card checkout is enabled, card payments are processed by a merchant of record (e.g. Lemon Squeezy / Gumroad) that is the seller of record and handles sales tax / VAT. Orders at $900+ can be invoiced by bank wire (Wise USD); Korean buyers may request a tax invoice (세금계산서 / 계좌이체). During the current validation phase, orders are confirmed by email and payment instructions are sent before any charge.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the numbers and facts you submit; outputs are only as good as the inputs. You agree to verify the current rule text with the exchange and to engage qualified securities counsel, a PCAOB-registered auditor, and (for a US listing) an underwriter before relying on anything in a deliverable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months. Deliverables are informational and provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions made, or transactions entered, in reliance on them.
